I’m Felicia.

I'm a first-generation, Nigerian-American, Chicago-based actor and playwright. My love for storytelling stems from a desire to affect people with language, and from a lifetime spent as the youngest member (and only leo) in my family. I value truth above all else and aim to bring a dynamic, nuanced, and authentic portrayal to each character that is placed in my hands.

When I'm not performing or writing, you can usually find me reading, eating too many cookies, and sending long voice notes to my friends.

“[Felicia Oduh] has her finger on the pulse of what’s important artistically, dramatically, politically, and socially. I’m very excited about this new voice in American theatre.”

- Harry Lennix, Mercy post-reading Q&A at Northlight Theatre

“Ms. Oduh owns what seems to be at least half the dialogue in Act I. She nails every line with passion, veering seamlessly from raw anger to cold political realism to feelings of fealty and friendship…”

— Wendi Kromash, Evanston RoundTable review of Julius Caesar at the Wirtz Center

“Felicia Oduh's enthralling personality and outstanding performance…pull you into the story, capturing your soul with each line.”

— Rick McCain, Let’s Play Theatrical Reviews review of Alaiyo at Definition Theatre
